The Office Manager is responsible for the overall effective and efficient functioning of day to day office administration, human resource component, office and staff security, writing agreements with land lord and other service providers, office repairs and maintenance. The Office Manager answers to the Regional Representative and ensures that all administrative HR systems fully support the development and implementation of the office operations in Kazakhstan and are consistently compliant with the organization’s global standards and procedures. The Office Manager also liaises with government agencies to ensure that office employment and financial practices are also in compliance with government regulations.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English, fluency in Russian and Kazakh
• Ability to function well in a team setting.
• Previous experience in general office management required.
