Position: Customer Service Representative
Reporting to: Customer Service Supervisor
• University or college degree in foreign language or other majors with good command of English; fluent in Kazakh; French and/or German speaking is a plus
• 1-2 related working experience preferred, fresh but fast learning graduate accepted
Skills and abilities:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of customer-focus
• Detail oriented
• Problem solver
• Capable to work under pressure
• Receive customers in service center, answer customer’s inquires
• Collects required documents from customer, check carefully the documents collected
• Interview applicant and take notes; file the documents in right order
• Attends morning/evening meeting
• Complete daily report
• Keep customers information confidential
• Respect and apply security procedures (SAT/IRP)
• Follow Clean desk policy
